The CORDOVA-brand ION-HV™ glove is a high-performance glove designed to provide exceptional cut resistance. It features a 13-gauge, high-visibility (hi-vis) HPPE/Glass fiber shell that offers increased strength and durability compared to gloves made with HPPE only. The addition of steel and/or glass fibers enhances the cut resistance of the glove, making it ideal for applications where protection against sharp objects is crucial.

The hi-vis yellow color of the HPPE/Glass fiber shell ensures high visibility, promoting safety and visibility in low-light or high-risk environments. The shell is further enhanced with a hi-vis yellow polyurethane (PU) palm coating, providing excellent gripping power and enhancing dexterity while maintaining a secure hold on objects.

Certified and rated according to industry standards, the ION-HV™ glove meets the requirements of CE/EN with a rating of 4543, indicating excellent abrasion resistance, good cut resistance, and satisfactory tear resistance. It also complies with CE Cut Level 5, signifying a high level of cut protection. Additionally, the glove meets the ANSI Cut Level 4 standard, which indicates its ability to withstand a force of 1723 grams without being cut through.
