Cut-Resistant Gloves for Glass Handling, ANSI Cut Level A4

The CORDOVA-brand ION-A4™ glove is a high-performance glove designed to provide exceptional cut resistance in demanding work environments. It features a 13-gauge, mandarin orange HPPE/Glass fiber shell, which combines high-strength polyethylene fibers with added steel and/or glass fibers. This unique construction enhances the cut resistance of the glove, offering increased protection compared to gloves made with HPPE only.

The mandarin orange color of the shell provides high visibility, making it easier to identify the gloves in various working conditions. The black sandy nitrile palm coating enhances gripping power, ensuring a secure hold on objects. The sandy texture of the coating improves friction, even in wet or oily conditions, allowing for better control and reduced slippage.

Certified and rated according to industry standards, the ION-A4™ glove meets the requirements of ANSI/ISEA 105 with a Cut Level A4 rating, indicating its ability to withstand a force of 1508 grams without being cut through. It also meets the CE/EN 388 standard, with ratings of Abrasion Level 4, Blade Cut Level 5, Tear Level 4, and Puncture Level 3, demonstrating excellent performance in these areas. The glove is tested and approved for food contact applications, adhering to the Code of Federal Regulation 21CFR Parts 170-199. Additionally, it has been PPG tested to ensure its quality and performance.
