The CORDOVA-brand ION-A4™ glove is a high-performance glove designed to provide superior cut resistance in demanding work environments. It features a 13-gauge, aqua-color HPPE/Glass fiber shell, which combines high-strength polyethylene fibers with added steel and/or glass fibers. This unique construction enhances the cut resistance of the glove, offering increased protection compared to gloves made with HPPE only.

The aqua-color shell provides a visually appealing and distinguishing feature, while the blue crinkle finish latex palm coating offers excellent gripping power. The crinkle finish enhances traction and ensures a secure grip, even in wet or oily conditions. This combination of materials and coatings allows for optimal dexterity and control while handling objects.

Certified and rated according to industry standards, the ION-A4™ glove meets the requirements of CE/EN with a rating of 4543, indicating excellent abrasion resistance, good cut resistance, and satisfactory tear resistance. It also complies with CE Cut Level 5, signifying a high level of cut protection. Additionally, the glove meets the ANSI/ISEA 105-2016 Cut Level A4 standard, indicating its ability to withstand a force of 1578 grams without being cut through.
